2.3 The parties to your contract are you and the Provider. The Provider is solely responsible for the provision of the services. 2.4 During the provision of services by the Provider to you, you should refer to us as your primary point of contact. We will also process all non-cash payments from you on behalf of the Provider.

2.5 We endeavour to vet and appoint an appropriate Provider. However, the responsibility for the provision of the services rests solely on the Provider.
